Ceramicode™

"Identification for Extreme Temperatures"

The TigTag is a ceramic plate screw mounted atop a stainless baseplate. The screw mounting includes a gap relief to permit temperature cycling without stress on the ceramic plate. The baseplate may then be attached to the product to be tracked using small TIG or GMAW welds between the baseplate and a metal product.

The TIGTAG can survive temperatures of over 2000 deg F. (1100 deg C)

Typical applications are the identification of Annealing Covers , Rolls, and Kiln carriers.
